I'm on the same page with you about titles for books. Those few simple words on the cover can draw you in and heighten elements of the book or movie. Regulation 19 worked very well, I was looking forward to finding out what the new regulation was or if you just had a major typo. As far as your new book goes it's really hard to come up with a good title without knowing any developments that the work may have. Just from the brief premise you gave here are a few suggestions.
1: Wear a rubber or you may loose millions to kidnappers
2: Child Support, What a Bitch
3: Lost Love
4: Inheritance
5: Everything but the name
6: Jonathan Benecke: coolest man alive
Feel free to use any of these titles. All of them seem great after several glasses of wine on Christmas Eve.
